Privacy policy

devchek keeps as little about you as it can. Quick checks need no account and store nothing about you. This page lists what we store when you sign in, pay or contact us, why, and how to delete it.
1. What we store
- Your account: your email address or your Solana wallet address (whichever you sign in with), a wallet you link by signature, your plan and when it ends.
- Credits: your balance and a history of each change (sign-up bonus, packs, plan credits, Deep checks, refunds), with the token or wallet each Deep check was for.
- Payments: the product, the price, the paying wallet and the transaction on the Solana blockchain. Card details are never involved: we only take SOL.
- Appeals: what you send in the appeal form, including the Telegram handle or email you leave for our reply.
- Abuse protection: short-lived counters for the check limits, keyed by your account or by a one-way hash of your IP address (never the IP itself), deleted after about 2 days. To give the sign-up bonus once per email and wallet, we keep a one-way hash of them.
2. Public data about wallets
Reports are built from public blockchain data and public sources about wallets that launch coins. We do not collect names or identities, and nicknames are generated from the wallet address. If you launch coins and think something shown about your wallet is wrong, use the appeal form.
4. Services we use
We use a few providers to run devchek. They process data only to provide their service:
- Supabase: our database and sign-in.
- Vercel: hosting the website.
- An email provider: sending your sign-in codes.
- Helius, pump.fun, DexScreener, Jupiter and CoinGecko: blockchain data and prices. They receive the wallet and token addresses being checked, not your account details.
- Telegram: only if you choose to message us there.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
- Account, credits and history: until you delete your account.
- Payments: kept for bookkeeping after you delete your account, without the link to you. Transactions also stay public on the Solana blockchain, which no one can delete.
- Appeals: as long as needed to handle them and keep a record of the outcome.
- Limit counters: about 2 days. Sign-up bonus hashes: kept, so the bonus is given only once.
6. Your choices
You can delete your account at any time on your account page: this removes your profile, credits and history. To ask what we hold about you, or to correct it, contact us on Telegram at @DevChekProject.
